This application enables the systematic control of potential hazards that might occur in handling operations of food products. It helps the identification of problems before they occur, and establishes control measures during the different production phases.

 

Main Characteristics:
• Support tools for implementing the HACCP system in the restaurant market;
• Documentary support for following up the process;
• Definition of monitoring processes;
• Recording and automatic warnings of changes to values outside established limits,
    per product, and their correction, through the use of corrective measure created within
    the system;
• Support in identifying hazards in the different production phases;
• Data synchronisation with WinREST© STORE UX;
• Import of data recorded through Temperature Sensors.
